How
do I order (by Wire Transfer/Bank Draft/Money Order)?
Online
ordering is easy and secured at Gold Mart Jewellery. The following
are steps to place an order:
- Begin by browsing our
product lines.
- Click the "Buy
Now" button below the selected item.
- Enter request in message
box (optional) e.g. Gift wrap
- Click on "Go to
payments".
- Enter your name, address,
and contact info.
- Click on "Continue".
- Finally, review all
the information you've entered so far.
- Click on "Continue".
You
will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours after you have
placed an order. The email includes important payment information,
a summary of your order, and your Order ID. Therefore, it's extremely
important that you provide us with a current and valid email address
so that you can receive this confirmation.

Wire Transfer (Telegraphic Transfer), International Bank Draft /

I get an email confirmation after I have placed an order?
Yes. You will receive an email confirmation
within 24 hours after you have placed an order. The email includes
important payment information, a summary of your order, and your
Order ID. Therefore, it's extremely important that you provide us
with a current and valid email address so that you can receive this
confirmation.

is the estimated date I can receive my order?
A tracking number will be issued to you
once your item is shipped, so that you may visit EMS
Speedpost for tracking your parcel. Please refer to Terms
& Conditions for more details on shipments.

Return
Policy
Your satisfaction is the most important to us. If for any reason
you are not happy with your purchase, we will do whatever it takes
to make your experience buying from us a pleasant and satisfying
one.
For overseas clients buying on the internet, you enjoy a "Three-Day
return policy" with no question asked. This policy is NOT for
clients buying direct from our store in Singapore.
Just return the item(s) (within 3 days of receipt) in the SAME
CONDITION as it was shipped from Gold Mart Jewellery.
The refund (less the commission charges made by the bank or credit
card services) will only be made upon our inspection that the item
is not being tempered. Please also understand that there might be
a difference due to the exchange rate.
All Shipping, handling & insurance charges are non-refundable.
Returned items are shipped at the buyer's own expense & risk.
Sales are final after this inspection period. Item(s) may not be
returned for any reasons after three days. Please contact us within
3 days if you wish to return the item(s).
