Micro-Etched Crystal - Brand new for 2002, Rolex has started micro-etching a tiny "coronet" (or crown) logo into the crystal, at the 6 o'clock position. This mark is very difficult to see with the naked eye. However, the faint outline can be distinguished when viewed under a loupe as seen in the examples above.
