Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Wire Transfer ( Telegraphic Transfer)		Fast and easy! This payment method takes about 1 to 3 days to clear. More bank information will be sent to you via email after you've placed an order.
Int'l Bank Drafts / Money Order		International Bank drafts or Money Orders preferably in Singapore dollars. Foreign currency takes about 3 to 4 weeks to clear, only if you are able to wait. Please benefit all cheques to "Gold Mart Jewellery". More information will be sent to you via email after you've placed an order.

NOTE: Please remember to indicate the order ID at the back of your bank draft / money order, or attach a memo indicating your order ID. Also, please note that ordered items will only be delivered upon clearance of payment.

It is required to pay the exact amount in US dollars or Singapore dollars equivalent as stated by us. Gold Mart Jewellery reserves the rights to decline the sale if the exact amount of funds received is incorrect.

All buyers are responsible for bank's fees & commissions, and any custom duties and charges incurred, if any.

Reservation / Hold

Gold Mart Jewellery reserves the right not to release the item or cancel the sale untill the item has been fully paid.

We experienced incidents whereby clients want us to hold the item(s) but withdraw request last minute while we have other potential buyer(s), and this causes us losses. Therefore, to protect us and buyers' interest, we have to release the item(s) to a buyer on the first-come-first-serve basis or whoever confirms with us on our listed price. Our walk-in clients have priority over internet sales.

Shipments

Gold Mart Jewellery currently offers FREE Shipping and Insurance on every order.

Following are the 2 Shipping Methods:

Registered Airmail		takes 10 days +/- to the USA (approx US$10 for item less than 500 gm).
EMS Speedpost		takes 3-5 days to the USA (US$30 for item less than 500 gm)

tracking number will be issued to you once your item is shipped. You may then visit EMS Speedpost for tracking your parcel.

All buyers are responsible for any custom duties and taxes incurred, if any. Please check with your local customs for details.

Insurance

Gold Mart Jewellery currently offers FREE Shipping and Insurance on every order.

Insurance of 2% of the amount insured is optional but is highly recommended for higher-valued item(s).

Gold Mart Jewellery will not be held responsible for any loss or stolen if you refuse to have your ordered item(s) insured. All insured items that are lost or stolen will be subjected to investigations & conclusions done by the insurance and shipping companies before any payments are made. This may take more than 30 days to conclude.

Our insurance company operates from Monday to Friday. We cannot send anything over the weekend, please understand if there is a delay for shipment due to this.

Note: The "Free Shipping and Insurance" offer is only for a limited time period. Gold Mart Jewellery reserves the rights to remove this "Free Shipping and Insurance" offer without prior notice.

Gold Mart Warranty (For Watches)

Gold Mart warranty do not cover tempering, misuse, wear/tear & accidents (knock, dents, brushing etc.) It does not cover the glass/plastic/crystals, straps & bracelets.

All pre-owned and vintage watches come with a 6 Months Limited Warranty. Gold Mart Jewellery cannot guarantee that every individual part such as the gears, hands, crowns, crystals, screws, bracelet and straps are original as the item may have been repaired or restored previously. All Gold Mart Jewellery watches are carefully inspected
before any buying / selling. Being vintage and pre-owned, there is NO WATERPROOF WARRANTY on all watches unless otherwise stated or requested. This implies especially to all snap-back cases and cases with correctors and chronographs.

Please bear in mind that all mechanical watches/clocks, especially vintages are not able to keep accurate time. A daily +/- 5 mins in timing is common for watches above 30years old. A present day Chronometer certified watch has an accuracy of +4 /-6 seconds a day. There is no perfect timing in mechanical movements.

Note: Consignment item(s) do not have any warranty from Gold Mart Jewellery. Information on whether or not the item is a consignment item will be clearly stated on the item page.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is the most important to us. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will do whatever it takes to make your experience buying from us a pleasant and satisfying one.

For overseas clients buying on the internet, you enjoy a "Three-Day return policy" with no question asked. This policy is NOT for clients buying direct from our store in Singapore.

Just return the item(s) (within 3 days of receipt) in the SAME CONDITION as it was shipped from Gold Mart Jewellery.

The refund (less the commission charges made by the bank or credit card services) will only be made upon our inspection that the item is not being tempered. Please also understand that there might be a difference due to the exchange rate.

All Shipping, handling & insurance charges are non-refundable. Returned items are shipped at the buyer's own expense & risk.

Sales are final after this inspection period. Item(s) may not be returned for any reasons after three days. Please contact us within 3 days if you wish to return the item(s).
